Meet Mrs. McFadden

An educator for 10+ years, Maurisha Tucker-McFadden has always had a love of learning and sharing with others. She earned her Bachelors from Stetson University in International Studies with minors in Spanish and Humanities and her Master’s from Florida State University in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. She has taught in public, charter, private, and home-school settings to students from grades Kindergarten to University. Teaching subjects from English Language Arts, Social Studies, Spanish, ESOL, and Algebra, Maurisha loves to help students deepen their understanding of the world around them.

Mrs. McFadden’s Class was born from a love of teaching and a personal need to provide a deep and well-rounded education for all those she encounters to the best of her ability.

Maurisha enjoys watching K-dramas, learning new things, and eating Asian food. Let’s learn together.
